Bat exclusion and remediation:
Issue: Pictured below is a normal nest where the young are nurtured. It is common
to have in excess of 100 bats. Generally bats in spend their winters in caves in a semi dormant state and return every
year to where they were born.
Treatment: A bat treatment requires analysis of points of entry and establishment of a plan of exclusion.
Once excluded their harborages must be disinfected. An ongoing program of inspection ensures that they dont gain entry again.
Bat houses are generally placed elsewhere on the property to ensure their safe return.

Carpenter Ants:
Issue: These are the principal destroyer in our area. They tunnel into moist deadwood within your
house. The Carpenter Ants eat the moist wood and turn it into sawdust. These pests easily multiply spreading throughout your
home.
Treatment: Our trained technician will
determine the source of the nest. Once located the appropriate defensive measures will be implemented around your property.
The technician continues treatment by listening to the walls of the house by power stethascope, upon which a fine tube
is injected into the colony to ensure their riddance. Eliminating moisture is a key step to ensuring a Carpenter Ant free
household.
